After tearing out the old shower, we moved the side wall as close to the toilet as code will allow. This gave about 1.5 feet of extra space.

Insulating
Attic before- post and beam style rafters still as level as day one. The floor, was about 6inches out of level from the wall to the middle.
Custom walk in tile shower, fiberglass shower pan. 12"x24" tiles might need additives and extra dry times.
Using 12"x24" tile isn't ideal for a shower install. The walls should have been tweaked a little more. Make sure the mud you use will dry.

The tile was supplied by the homeowner. 12"x24" porcelain tile is on the cusp of being to big a tile.

Condo unit renovation, built the smallest half bath, to go in this Yoga Studio.
The smallest corner sink we could find.
Building the smallest half-bath ever, that came out awesome. Inside a 1.5 story condo unit, the space is used as a personal Yoga Studio.

We were excited to paint this beautiful house.
We went around the entire house, and replaced all the rotted wood trim and siding.
The back side leads into a big screened in porch.
During the prepping stage, we pressure washed & treated for mold & mildew.
The new color choice looks amazing.
